What can I expect during my first telehealth visit?

You’ll meet with Katie via secure video to review your health history, labs, and goals. Together, you’ll create a personalized plan to address your symptoms and long-term well-being.

If you already have recent labs, bring them to your initial consultation. If not, Katie may recommend and order additional lab testing. (Up to $200)

Wilde Women’s Health and Wellness is currently self-pay only, but you may use your HSA or FSA for qualified services.

Yes. Research shows that virtual care can be equally effective in improving quality of life and offers comparable medical outcomes to in-person care.

Yes — including perimenopausal hormone imbalance and thyroid optimization by symptoms and/or lab results

For coaching programs, visits are scheduled bi-monthly for ongoing support. For medication management, follow-ups are every 6 weeks initially, then every 6 months.
